Spirit Mind Body Balance believes in the concept of Holistic Health and making it available to all.
 
A percentage of all the Spirit Mind Body Balance activity income is given to the Sunshine Foundation Projects
 
 The Morning Star Project is all set to assist with Malaria and other killer diseases in Africa with the amazing Holistic Health product Silver Shield plus to initiate other Humanitarian Aid for the Poverty Stricken areas

The UK Projects are to include opening Centres in areas where the underpriviledged can participate in fun activities, Holistic Health  and Spiritual Projects plus help the Sunshine Foundation.
